Abstract
syringoma is a common adenoma of eccrine intraepidermal ductal origin , which usually occurs in healthy middle-aged or pubertal women. However. generalized syringoma is a extremely rare variant that arises in young adults and is distributed over the anterior surfaces of the whole torso. We present an unusual case of a healthy 21-year-Old male with generalized syringoma disseminated on the lace, lower abdomen, chest, neck, thigh, axillary fossa and groins. Although these lesions might result in significant cosmetic disfigurement, treatment options are Iimited and disappointing.
