| Abstract |
|
The author presents a rare case of choroid plexus carcinoma originated from right lateral ventricle and progressive multiple spinal seeding through cerebrospinal pathway after gross total resection of brain lesion in a 60-year old woman. The patient presented with one-year history of headache. nausea and vomiting. In spite of radical resection of the ventricular tumor followed by chemotherapy and radiation therapy over the cerebrospinal axis. the patient expired with respiratory failure one and half year after surgery. |
