| Abstract |
|
Although a number of methods are available for scalp reconstruction, they are limited to use for infected extensive scalp defect. Accurate estimation of scalp rotational flap has always been a problem for securing proper scalp retraction. Alternative simple method of scalp rotational flap that use a sheet of aluminum foil are described. The technique is reserved for patients with infected and relatively large scalp wound. |
