| Abstract |
|
Munchausen's syndrome is a rare chronic factitious disorder characterized by pathological lying, the intentional production of
physical symptoms, and a restless wandering from hospital to hospital in order to obtain hospitalization or extensive
interventions. Clinically, a variety of cutaneous presentations of Munchausen's syndrome may include dermatitis artefacta. Herein,
we describe three cases of cutaneous Munchausen's syndrome with clinically intractable courses. |
